5. Items are 100% new and in good condition.
6. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.
7. Due to the setting of your monitor, the actual colour for the product might differs slightly from the photo posted.
8. Shipping fee is not included in the price shown. Online purchase will be delivered via PosLaju Malaysia. Delivery to Peninsular Malaysia costs RM6 for the first 500g and RM3 for the next 250g and Delivery to East Malaysia costs RM9 for the first 500g and RM4 for the next 250g. Pos ekspress might be used for purchase of single item, rate is RM3.50 for accessories or RM 4.50 for clothing.
9. PosLaju requires signature upon delivery, if you do not receive the stock when PosLaju delivers to the shipping location, you will need to collect the parcel from the address given by PosLaju.
10. Please send an e-mail to notify us if you do not receive the stock within 7 days.
